Times Now got launched in 2006 under the banner of Times Global Broadcasting Company limited which is a joint-venture between Reuters & Times Group. Time Now Live streaming is now available on LiveNewsbox. Sunil Lulla of the Sony Entertainment was traded as its first Chief Executive Officer who is still in charge to the date. In 2008 the Reuters sold its 25.82% share to BCCL and got exit from the venture with Times Global.
